1/4 beef
A quarter of a beef will provide beef for a small family for several months, typically including the following cuts: ground beef in one pound packages, roasts, and steaks.

A half a beef will provide beef for a small family for a year, depending of course on how often you fire up your grill. If you purchase 1/2 beef from us, you are able to give your own processing instructions to insure you get the cuts you want, the way you want them.
